Terms of Use
Effective 6 August 2026
These terms apply to the TaskMaster website and mobile apps, operated by A Plan Agency. Using TaskMaster means you accept them.
Your account
You need an account to use TaskMaster. Keep your password to yourself, give us accurate details, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. You must be 13 or older.
What it costs
TaskMaster has a free plan that does not expire and does not ask for a card. Your private list is free, without limits, permanently. Creating a business is free too. Paid plans lift the limits and unlock the money features — see pricing.
The Pro plan for one person can be bought inside the iOS and Android apps, in which case Apple or Google takes the payment, bills you, and handles cancellations and refunds under their terms — manage it in your App Store or Play Store account, not here. The Business plan is for organisations and is bought only on this website. Business plans start at three people.
Prices are shown before you pay and exclude any VAT that applies where you are. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
If we change a price, we will tell existing subscribers before it applies to them. Accounts that existed before paid plans were introduced keep what they already had.
If you stop paying
You keep access to everything you have already entered — you can read, search and export all of it, including every financial record. What a lapsed plan stops is adding more and using the paid features. We do not delete your work and we do not lock you out of your own records.
Your content is yours
You keep ownership of everything you put into TaskMaster. You grant us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you and the people you share a business with, and back it up. We do not use your content for advertising or model training.
Businesses and roles
Work you put inside a business is visible to that business's members according to their role. An owner can add and remove members and delete the business along with its work. Your private list is never part of a business.
Acceptable use
- Do not use TaskMaster to break the law or to store unlawful material.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to accounts or businesses you are not a member of.
- Do not disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or resell access.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or at tasks.a-plan.agency/delete-account. We may close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where we reasonably can.
Availability and liability
TaskMaster is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, A Plan Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
If we change these terms materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use TaskMaster after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Questions go to support@a-plan.agency.
