Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, username, email address, phone number, and avatar when provided. We also process workspace data such as businesses, projects, tasks, assignees, comments, attachments, activity logs, reminders, recurring targets, calendar due dates, and notification preferences.

If notifications are enabled, we store device notification tokens so we can deliver task reminders. If calendar features are enabled, we access calendar information only to create or sync task due dates requested by the user.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, show assigned work, sync tasks across web and mobile apps, send reminders, maintain audit activity, generate daily target reports, and keep the service secure.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not use TaskMaster data for advertising. Data may be processed by service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, database, authentication, push notification, calendar, and app store services.

Security and Retention

We use access controls, encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and limited administrative access to protect data. Workspace data is retained while the business account remains active or as needed for legal, security, and operational reasons.

Data Deletion

Users can request access, correction, or deletion of their account data through their business administrator or by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, audit, or legal obligations.
